What is your return policy? 


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of order. Please email info@duosenses.ca 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a copy of our return authorization form. 

A partial refund may be issued if the item is not in its original condition, is opened and/or used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned past 30 days may qualify for a partial refund.

 

We do not offer refunds on sale or promotional items.

 

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
